Willie T Weight Loss Success

Before starting with Dr. Bagnato at Palmyra Surgical, my life consisted around going back and forth to Florida multiple times a week for Dialysis. I had been on dialysis for bad kidneys for 11 years. In order to get a much needed kidney transplant I had to get healthier and lose weight. Nothing seemed to work for me, so I looked into the Lapband, and spoke with my primary doctor about it. It’s a safe surgery, so he thought it was a great idea since I had been unsuccessful with traditional diet and exercise programs.

After coming to see Dr. Bagnato, I began the Sugar Buster’s diet, and started to work on the things I needed to do for coverage from my insurance. I finished, and I finally had my Lapband procedure on December 10, 2015. Not even 6 months after surgery, I was down over 60 lbs. I met the qualifications to receive my kidney, and finally got it placed on March 3, 2015. I am a new man. I have so much more time! Since I have passed my physical, I can finally go back to work after years of not being able to. I thank God, Dr. Bagnato, and all of the wonderful doctors in Florida that helped make this happen. I do not even have to take half of the medications I was taking before. This has saved my life. I know how to read food labels, and balance my diet better now that I have had the Lapband Surgery. I strongly recommend this to anyone suffering with a long term weight problem.
