I started my weight loss journey in March 2014 after meeting with Dr. Bagnato and his staff. I had tried every diet and failed. I approached my journey this time with the Lap-band, I had a tool to help me. Not a cure-all. I was going to follow my instructions step by step. I also knew I had to get moving to achieve my goal. I walked 4-5 miles a day usually 5 days a week. I still walk 3-4 miles a few days a week. If I hit a plateau I would refer to my original packet of information. I weigh 2 x a week and visit the fill center for accountability. It’s worth the effort and takes commitment. My overall health has improved tremendously!
