I have been doing fine—not losing as fast as I would like, but maybe when I get back in the gym again I will. I won a free membership at Anytime Fitness. I had one last year and only went about 25 times, but my goal will be more this year. I have lost a total of 197 pounds, from 478 to 281 now, yeehaw! I feel great, thanks to y’all again for what y’all done to help me.
