Savannah: LAP-BAND Surgery

Savannah LAP-BAND Surgery

I have always been a bigger girl. Throughout middle and high school I was never one of the cute petite girls who I called my friends. Fortunately for me, being super tall, I have always carried my weight well. After college basketball ended and I got into the life of being a mom to two sweet children, I began to gain more and more weight. Before long, my weight and health spiraled out of control.

On August 16, 2012, I made one of the best decisions of my life and knew something had to change. A year and a half later with the lap band and changing my lifestyle into a healthy one, I am down 100 pounds and have never been healthier in my life. I am so thankful for Dr. Bagnato helping me change my life for the better. I hope that anyone who is interested in getting healthy and does not feel like they can do it alone, will truly consider the lap band surgery. I would do it over again in a heartbeat.
