At my heaviest I was 378 and today I am at 255. I am off all my diabetic medications my blood pressure has leveled out. I looked into lap band surgery because I was having trouble with my knees and legs, now I am walking without a cast on my leg and feel better than ever. I would not hesitate to do this again.
