Hey,
Just checking in….Have not been back in a bit. I am now 3 1/2 years out from surgery. I am still maintaining my weight. I must tell you the further out I get the easier this life style is becoming to live. I still have my cheerleaders at Dr. Bagnato’s office as well at my own personal SQUAD at the Obesity Center. I have maintained my weight with ease after the first year and stay within the 10 pound range I gave myself at the time of surgery. I still find the hardest part of surgery realizing that I can shop in smaller size areas of stores. I must admit that I miss Lane Bryant but not enough to go back to my old life inorder to shop there. I must send out a special thanks to the LADIES at the Obesity Treatment Center for the support they have given me along the way. Kind of funny I bumped into three people this week alone that did not even KNOW who I was since I had lost so much weight. (But, I can live with that, they had not seen me since I had surgery done) Yay, me and YAY my team! Dr Bagnato thanks to you for selecting the AWESOME team members to make so many people able to be WINNERS again in life.

Gosh! I keep looking back…Hard to believe that is me. I feel so much better and only God knows how grateful I am to Dr. Bagnato and his staff. I will never be “that girl” again. I proud of the woman that I have become because of the LAP band, my best friend of 3 years now!
I will check back from time to time.
