I agree, exercise is a great way to relieve stress and curve the appetite. I am never hungry when I leave the gym. I also believe in deep breathing. If I have a stressful situation during the day, I just step back take a deep breath and count backwards in my head from 10. It helps relieve the feeling of anxiety and sometimes helps me make clearer decisions.

I will have to say that exercise has become my best friend. When I am stressed out and feel like I don't want to talk to anyone, I go to the gym. It really does help with stress and actually helps with the "hunger" pains caused by the stress. After leaving the gym, I no longer feel like I need to eat! I get in a "zone" at the gym to the point that it is really hard to stop when I get going. A lot of times, I catch myself overdoing it and realize the following day when I am very sore!
